Choir Auido

Walkthrough and Reference

Monitoring

Connect Aviom/ME-1 to wedge monitor via a 1/4“ cable
Use ONLY KEYS AND LEAD VOCAL this will help with feedback
Do NOT put choir in the monitor

Mic Placement

Use 1 or 2 - SM137 (or PG81)
Place ⅓ from each side (or in the middle if using 1)
Aim down from above 2/3 of the way back

EQ

High Pass - Start around 160Hz and dial in from there. It should keep the bass, kick, and other low end out
Low Pass - Start around 8kHz and dial it in from there
Others - Use other filters to eliminate feedback

Pan

Pan mics L and R

Compressor

Don't compress choir

NO full claps - only very soft or "fake" claps
